Each year limited quantities of fruit from our Estate Vineyard along with selected local vineyards are used to produce our wines.
Time consuming production techniques, including cold soaking, are used to maximize color and flavor. A combination of French and American Oak barrels are used to age our wine in a state of the art production facility. Production is focused on quality and very limited quantities are produced each year.
Often sold out, we feel our wines reflect unique quality of select hand picked fruit and detailed production technique.
